Editorial Standards

Editorial Policy

Medico Expertise maintains rigorous standards of scientific integrity and independence. Our editorial process is designed to ensure that every piece of intelligence we publish is accurate, evidence-based, and free from commercial bias.

1. Peer Review Process

All research abstracts and clinical reports undergo a double-blind peer review. This process involves at least three independent specialists within the relevant vertical (e.g., Cardiology, Neurology) who evaluate the methodology, data integrity, and clinical relevance of the submission.

2. Conflict of Interest

Authors and members of our Advisory Board must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including financial relationships with pharmaceutical or medical device companies. Any submission with identifying commercial bias is rejected.

3. Evidence-Based Standards

We prioritize submissions rooted in large-scale clinical trials, longitudinal studies, and meta-analyses. Single-case studies are clearly labeled as "Observational" and are not used as the basis for clinical protocol recommendations.

4. AI and Automation

While we utilize neural networks for data pattern recognition and initial literature reviews, every final recommendation and abstract is verified by a human specialist. We do not publish unchecked AI-generated clinical advice.

5. Corrections and Withdrawals

Medical science is evolving. If a published report is found to contain significant errors or if follow-up studies invalidate previous findings, we issue immediate corrections or formal withdrawals to maintain the integrity of our clinical archive.
