The government will advance the purchase of mobile medical complexes and vehicles with medical equipment. Almost 3.7 billion rubles have been allocated from the budget for these purposes.

The government will allow 100% advance payment when concluding contracts for the purchase of mobile medical systems (MMC) and specialized vehicles. It is expected that in the near future more than 250 primary medical equipment and medical vehicles will arrive in 67 regions, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported on November 20.

In total, 60 medical complexes will be purchased for primary health care, 44 complexes for preventive examinations and 99 for fluorography and mammography. All equipment will be delivered to the regions at the end of 2023 – the first quarter of 2024.

Almost 3.7 billion rubles were allocated for purchases. from the government reserve fund.

In 2021 the President Vladimir Putin stated the need to speed up the organization of supplies of mobile medical systems to the regions. Then, according to him, instead of 1,300 complexes for residents of villages and remote settlements provided for by the national project, only 1,003 were delivered.

At the end of last year, the Ministry of Industry and Trade announced that it was ready to advance 100% of such complexes – this, according to the department’s position, will allow “to speed up the procedure for concluding government contracts, as well as ensure the purchase of vehicles directly from Russian manufacturers.”
