Deputy Prime Minister of Udmurtia Tatyana Churakova will oversee the healthcare industry, the head of the republic said Alexander Brechalov.
Churakova has worked in the government since 2017. She was the Minister of Social Policy and Labor of Udmurtia. In 2022, she left the post of head of the ministry, moving to the post profile deputy chairman government – she oversaw education, science and the social sector.
Previously, she supervised the healthcare sector in the region Elvira Pinchuk, who left the post of Deputy Prime Minister at the end of December last year. No information was provided about the reasons for Pinchuk’s resignation.
